Paranormal
Properties

You own a building with a story. We turn it into a working attraction — investigations, stays, tours, and events — and we run the whole operation so you don't have to.

The Problem

An old building
eats money

Historic properties cost money to stand still. Taxes, roof, heat, insurance — all of it going out, none of it coming back, every single month the doors stay shut.

Meanwhile the one asset the building actually has, its history, sits there doing nothing. People will pay real money for a night inside a place with a documented past. They do it every weekend, all over the country, in buildings less interesting than yours.

The reason most owners never capture that isn't the building. It's that running an attraction is a whole second job — booking, staffing, marketing, liability, and somebody awake at 3 a.m. making sure twelve strangers behave themselves.

That second job is the part we do.

The Arrangement

You own it.
We operate it.

You keep the deed and the upside. We take a management share of what the property earns, which means we only do well when the building does well.

No up-front management fee. If we don't think we can make your property money, we tell you at the walkthrough and we both go home.

Tell Us About It
Four Ways It Earns

Revenue Streams

One building, four different audiences, most of them paying for the same square footage on different nights of the week.

Public Investigations

Ticketed overnight hunts with our crew running the floor. The highest-margin night a building like yours can have, and it repeats every weekend.

Overnight Stays

Small groups book the whole property. Equipment provided, house rules enforced, and somebody from our team on site until lockup.

Guided Tours

Daytime history tours for the people who want the story without the 3 a.m. part. Different audience, same building, no extra staffing burden on you.

Private Events

Weddings, film shoots, corporate nights, and seasonal runs. A property with a documented story books at a rate an ordinary venue can't ask for.

How It Works

Four Steps

  1. Walkthrough

We come out, look at the building, and tell you honestly whether it can carry an attraction. Some can't. We'll say so.

  2. Investigation & History

Our team documents the property and digs the records. This is where the marketable story comes from — and it has to be real, because we put our name on it.

  3. The Plan

Which revenue streams fit, what capacity the building supports, what it needs before it opens, and a straight projection of what it can earn.

  4. We Run It

We operate it. You own it, you collect, and you don't work a single event night unless you want to.

What we handle

  • Investigation, documentation, and a verified history you can market
  • Booking, ticketing, and payment processing
  • On-site staffing and event night operations
  • Marketing across the radio show, podcast, YouTube, and our audience
  • Safety protocols, waivers, and guest management
  • Monthly reporting so you see exactly what the building earned
Flagship Partner

Emmaus

Emmaus has been our partner from the beginning, and their properties are where this model was proven out. Our annual Half-Inch Wrench Crew Benefit is still held there, and every dollar of it goes to Emmaus.

It's the arrangement we want with every property we take on: the building earns, the owner benefits, and the story gets told by people who actually did the work of verifying it.
